Ahtime Architects + Interiors is an architectural Practice founded in 2016 and is based in Victoria in Seychelles.
The Practice prides itself on sound knowledge and experience, reliability, duty care and involving the Client all along the way; demonstrating the ability to run seamless project coordination and design development with clients, contractors and sub-contractors alike, discharging planning conditions, obtaining building control certificate and problem-solving on site. Forte also lies in statutory legislation with sound knowledge of the preliminary and architectural services, application of building materials.
Working with the elements, respecting nature and its beauty, the Practice designs buildings to respect and complement the natural environment and be in harmony with it. The Practice uses 3D software to model the topography of the site, giving the client a better understanding of the massing, spaces created and produces virtual reality videos of its proposals to showcase the designed project in situ.
Ahtime Architects + Interiors has two fully-fledged RIBA architects and a Part 2 architect in the local office and retains an architectural back-up office of architects in India and The Czech Republic, to sustain the current design and drawing workload, in order to deliver schemes and projects on time.
The Practice is led by Vincent Ahtime, who has 30 years of experience in architectural design, construction and supervision of various public and privately-funded buildings, both in the Seychelles and England.
The Practice has a wide range of projects, ranging from high-end residential sector to include new pool villas, renovations, refurbishment/remodelling and extension of existing houses and villas, to tourism/hotel establishments on the main and outlying islands, Office sector and shed construction of warehouses with or without office components and schools. Projects range from US$ 600K to US$3.5 million.
